Privacy Policy for Börü TV Publisher

Introduction
Börü TV Publisher (the "Tool") is a desktop publishing tool run by Appgea, based in Bulgaria ("we", "our", "us").
The Tool posts videos made by the Börü TV channel to the channel's own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Only we use it, and only for our own channels. It is not offered to the public, and it has no other users.
Information the Tool Accesses
When we connect one of our accounts, the platform shows a consent screen. After we approve it, the Tool can access:
- The names and IDs of the Facebook Pages we manage, and the Instagram professional account linked to them.
- Access tokens for those Pages and accounts.
- The YouTube channel ID and name, and the TikTok display name and account ID, of our own channels.
- Videos, titles and captions that we upload, and the caption read back once after posting to check it was saved correctly.
The Tool does not collect any information about viewers, followers, commenters or any other person.
It does not use analytics, advertising identifiers or cookies.
How the Information Is Used
The information is used only to publish our own videos to our own accounts, and to confirm that each post went live correctly.
We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where It Is Stored
Access tokens are stored only on our own computer, in files readable only by our user account.
They are never uploaded to a server we run, and they are not stored in any online database.
Retention
Tokens are kept until they expire or until we disconnect the account, whichever comes first.
Facebook and Instagram tokens expire after about 60 days unless renewed.
Deleting Data
You can remove the Tool's access and data in any of these ways:
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings → Business integrations → remove Börü TV Publisher.
- YouTube: Google Account → Security → Third-party connections → remove the Tool.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove the Tool.
- By email: write to devappgea@gmail.com and ask us to delete any data held by the Tool. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
When access is removed, we delete the stored tokens for that account.

Children
The Tool is not directed at children and does not collect information from anyone.
Changes to This Policy
We update this page when the Tool changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
